Hi there!  I'm a sex, relationship, and intimacy coach and sexologist who challenges the narratives that keep people disconnected from their bodies, their desires, and each other. With over 16 years of experience as an educator, I believe education is a powerful tool for dismantling shame, pressure, and expectations around sex—and for creating more freedom, connection, and pleasure.

 

I work with individuals and partners to explore sex and desire, strengthen communication, and redefine relationships beyond limiting scripts. My work centers on helping people access their erotic selves with greater awareness, permission, and choice.
